Who is behind Energyhaus
Energyhaus is led by an experienced management team with in-depth expertise in project management, business leadership, sales, and marketing . They share a common vision: implementing sustainable energy solutions that are economically viable, technologically advanced, and practical.

Michael Ladi, CEO
Michael Ladi is co-founder and CEO of Energyhaus. As an industrial engineer with over 25 years of international experience in operations and consulting, he has successfully managed numerous large-scale projects. His expertise ranges from project management and operations to supply chain optimization and strategic corporate development . Michael has held management positions in Europe and the USA and has actively contributed to the development of several start-ups. His enthusiasm for sustainable and economically viable solutions, as well as the attractive design of the TecSolaris climate roof, motivated him to found Energyhaus to commercialize this new roof technology.

Damian Krasko, CSO/CMO
Damian Krasko , co-founder, CSO, and CMO at Energyhaus, specializes in sales, marketing, and project development . A trained wholesale and export merchant, he has over 20 years of professional experience , including 10 years in management positions in sales . During his career, he has been responsible for establishing and expanding sales teams, developing new markets, and strategically positioning products and services. Damian played a key role in the development of TecSolaris and helped implement the first customer project; he literally knows every screw by name.
